What is Consulting

- Evaluate Based on Discovery
- Once we have developed an in-depth understanding of your needs, we enter the evaluation phase, with the goal to identify where change is needed.
- Move to the Implementation Phase
- Once we agree on a plan, we enter the third phase: the restructuring stage, or implementation of the plan, period.
